Simpli-Fi was selected by Samsung Europe through our partnership with Cheil Europe to deliver a cutting-edge connectivity solution for a pilot programme across their retail stores in France, Spain, and the Netherlands.
These stores, which showcase Samsung’s latest innovations in IoT and gaming, required a robust and flexible network infrastructure to support high-performance applications, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
The Challenge
Retail environments demand reliable connectivity to power interactive displays, IoT devices, and gaming setups – all of which are bandwidth-intensive and mission-critical.
Samsung’s stores needed a solution that could overcome the limitations of traditional fixed-line connectivity, especially in locations where fibre was unavailable or unreliable. The challenge was to deliver a high-speed, redundant, and secure network that could be deployed quickly and managed remotely across multiple countries.
Our Solution
Using our new Plug + Play product, Simpli-Connect Simpli-Fi designed and implemented a bespoke SD-WAN solution powered by Peplink technology, utilising multi-WAN 5G cellular connectivity.
We provided SIM management through Webbing eSIMs, enabling priority access to local mobile networks and seamless switching between carriers. The solution leverages Peplink’s SpeedFusion technology to ensure high availability, low latency, and secure data transmission.
Each store benefits from a fully managed service, including 24/7 remote monitoring and support, ensuring optimal performance and rapid response to any issues.
