Managed WiFi and connectivity specialist Simpli-Fi’s evolution has continued following their merger with Noba in 2019, with the recent reveal of their new brand. Now part of The Metatech Group, the union has enabled the group to increase its portfolio of services and work across multiple industry sectors.
Simpli-Fi is already a recognised market leader for the construction, education, leisure and public sectors, supporting organisations across the UK and beyond. However, they are not planning to stop here and have ambitious plans for growth, as Managing Director Gary Exall explains;
“Our merger with Noba Event WiFi and the decision to become part of The Metatech Group is all part of our longer-term strategy to grow the business and continue to expand our service portfolio. Over the last 12 months, organisations have had to find new ways to communicate and do business, and Simpli-Fi’s ultra-fast WiFi and connectivity solutions have been on hand to enhance user experiences and increase productivity from the classroom to the construction site. Recent projects have ranged from installing our Managed WiFi service to the welfare areas of the Battersea Power Station Regeneration Project for Sir Robert McAlpine to a school-wide installation for The Lion Academy Trust. We’ve even been fortunate to have spent the last few years working on a luxury villa complex in the South of France.”
Noba’s MD Nick Taylor added, “The Merger with Simpli-Fi made perfect sense. As the event WiFi arena leader, adding Simpli-Fi’s resources and expertise to our business has ensured we can pivot successfully during the recent pandemic. Our extended team responded rapidly, installing connectivity for essential services such as remote criminal justice trials and getting critical Covid testing and vaccine centres up and running within 24 hours. This merger is the tip of the iceberg and the first step in our ongoing evolution.”
